Training Programs
When you are fairly new to a sport whether you are a swimmer, Paddler or Runner it is often difficult to know what you should be doing in your training. Often there is more to training than just ‘doing the miles’ and actually including some structure and variation to your training sessions is important to ensure that you continue to benefit from the sessions that you are doing. We know that a bit of guidance can be helpful with your training so we have put together a selection of some training sessions to help you with your preparation for this summers Surf n Turf Series.
Swim Sessions
We have written a number of Swim Sessions that you can download and print off to give you something to follow next time you go to the pool. We have separated these into sessions of variable distance ranges so there should be something suitable for everyone. Click on the icons below to download and view the training sessions.
